Andrew Gritzmaker

Andrew Gritzmaker

Andrew Gritzmaker is the Executive Director of Mad Anthonys Children’s Hope House, a caring place for families of critically ill or injured children. He and his wife Jenniffer Jordan love spending time with their dogs Bentley & Frankie and are often found running, eating great food or doing both at the same time during ultra-marathons. As a lifelong resident of the City, Andrew has passionate for the community and recently launched Fort Wayne SOUP with the assistance of many dedicated Fort Wayne professionals. He has been involved with the Healthcare Hospitality Network as a Board Member (National Conference 2016), Big Brother Big Sisters, Fort Wayne Confluence, Girls On The Run, the American Heart Association, the National Multiple Sclerosis Society of Indiana and was nominated for a McMillen Health Vitality Award in 2015.

Andrew Krafcheck

Andy is a real estate attorney with the law firm Faegre Baker Daniels, a full-service law firm with over 750 legal professionals that assist clients with complex transactions, litigation, and regulatory work for national and multinational clients. Andy represents clients in a variety of commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, developments, leasing and zoning, for clients engaged in a multitude of real estate investments such as student and multifamily housing, shopping centers, and mixed-use developments. He is a member of the Allen County Bar Association and participates in the Regional Opportunities Council for the Northeast Indiana Regional Partnership. Andy enjoys running, playing golf, attending concerts, and learning (or rather struggling to learn) to play the guitar.

Andrew Wartenbe

Andrew is currently the Chief Financial Officer at Titan Title Services in Fort Wayne. He is a graduate of both the Doermer School of Business at Indiana University-Fort Wayne and the Owen Graduate School of Management at Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee. Aside from stints studying and working in Indianapolis and Nashville, Andrew was born and raised in Fort Wayne and has focused on investing his time in the local community since returning in 2014. Personally, he spends his time with family and friends and is an avid fan of travel and the arts.

Ashley Savieo

Ashley Savieo

Economic & Business Development Manager for Indiana Michigan Power (I & M) is a graduate of Purdue University and holds a graduate certificate from Indiana-Purdue University Fort Wayne School of Public & Environmental Affairs. She is a Certified Economic Developer and has worked for over 10 years in economic development for Allen County and Greater Fort Wayne, Inc. Prior to joining I & M, Ashley was the Marketing Communications Manager at VOSS Automotive where she developed marketing and communication strategies for its North American market. Ashley is an active member of the community volunteering for organizations such as the Junior League of Fort Wayne and Three Rivers Festival and holds board and committee positions for multiple economic development organizations throughout northern Indiana.

Ashley is married to Brian Savieo with whom she has two fur children and are expecting their first human child this fall. Ashley and Brian enjoy visiting craft breweries and wineries and vacationing in the Florida Keys.

Breck Johnson

Breck Johnson

Breck joined BND Commercial in 2011 where she specializes in retail and office brokerage. Her enthusiasm for Fort Wayne and the current revitalization that is happening around town is reflected in her work as she assists in bringing additional businesses to our city. She has been instrumental in filling new construction vacancies for two major downtown development projects: AWB Condos and The Harrison. In addition, Breck has assisted in leasing for the IPFW Retail Center and most recently she brokered space in the Shoppes at Ice Way, bringing the first Skyline Chili to Fort Wayne.

As an active community leader, she has been involved with numerous organizations and in her free time enjoys spending time on the golf course with her husband.

David Leininger

David Leininger

David Leininger has been a member of the Wells Fargo Business Banking team since February of 2014. As a Relationship Manager for Wells Fargo Bank David works with local businesses in a variety of industries to help optimize their financial performance and achieve their individual growth objectives. David grew up in Fort Wayne, IN and has a passion for being a contributing member of the community. Currently serving on the board at CTN, David also serves on various committees to support organizations such as Turnstone, Big Brothers Big Sisters, YMCA and The United Way of Allen County. Outside of work, David enjoys playing golf, traveling and, most importantly, spending time with his wife, Holly, and son, Abel.

Jason Rice

Jason Rice

Jason Rice joined Ambassador Enterprises in August of 2015, serving as a senior financial analyst on the Treasury and Finance team. In this role he collaborates in developing and executing strategic financial objectives, including the appropriate capital structure of the companies AE operates. Jason develops modeling, forecasts, and reporting that support proactive decision making related to liquidity and flexibility. He also assists in developing portfolio allocation guidelines and benchmarks that align with Ambassador’s strategic plan and current market conditions.

A Fort Wayne native, Jason attended Ball State University, where he earned his bachelor’s degree in corporate finance. After Ball State he joined the Tippmann Group, where he was responsible for managing the financial performance of large capital projects, both internal and external. Jason is an active parishioner at St. Vincent de Paul Church in Fort Wayne. He also serves as the board treasurer for GIGI’s Playhouse of Fort Wayne, and sits on the Board Of Directors for Ambassador Supply.

Jason met his wife, Jessica, while attending Ball State in 2005, and they were married on June 25, 2011. They have two children, a three-year-old daughter and a one-year-old son. An avid Notre Dame fan, Jason enjoys spending the summer months at Coldwater Lake with his family playing Euchre, soccer, and golf.

Kathryn Gentz

Kathryn Gentz

Kathryn Gentz is a Business Development Officer for the Business Banking Group of Wells Fargo. She is results driven, with a relationship focused approach, to meet your business banking needs. As a Business Development Officer, Kathryn shares Wells Fargo’s Vision, Values and Story with prospects and customers. Her expertise is assessing business owner’s financial goals and assisting in achieving them. Wells Fargo’s has 86 different product lines to help accomplish our customer’ goals. Kathryn has a passion for her community, regularly serves on many not-for-profit boards and committees, as well as leads an extremely active lifestyle.

Mike Niezer

Mike Niezer

Mike Niezer is an architect at Design Collaborative – an architecture, engineering, and interior design firm whose mission is to Improve People’s Worlds. As a project manager in DC’s Healthcare Studio, Mike manages projects from the first sketch all the way through construction to occupancy, and guides Owners to accomplish their vision of a project whether big or small. Mike is a proud native of Fort Wayne and is constantly striving to better the City in which he lives. He is a founding member of the annual Weather the Fort Festival and also president of the Fort Wayne American Institute of Architects. Mike loves spending time with his wife, Laura, and children, George and Ruth. Aside from family and work Mike is an avid runner and lifelong Cubs fan.

Ross Hensley

Ross Hensley

Originally from Marion, Indiana, Ross moved to Fort Wayne in 2008 to study finance and economics at IPFW. In September 2016, he joined Hylant as an Employee Benefits Consultant after spending 5 years as a financial advisor. Working with CEO’s, CFO’s, and senior leadership, Ross helps clients develop a long-term strategic direction for their employee benefit plan including cost containment goals, attracting and retaining key talent, wellness, and succession planning. In his free time, Ross enjoys playing golf, hunting, fishing, and spending time with his wife, Katie, and their 125lbs. dog, Moose.

Ryan Twiss

Ryan Twiss

Ryan is the Vice President of Regional Initiatives at the Northeast Indiana Regional Partnership, an 11-county economic development organization that works to create a more prosperous Northeast Indiana for its residents. In this role, Ryan develops and leads strategies to increase the wealth and prosperity of every resident of the region. He and his wife Cara are midcentury modern buffs, food enthusiasts, and craft/local beer snobs. Ryan serves as vice chair and governance committee chair with Arts United of Greater Fort Wayne and on the board of directors for ARCH, Northeast Indiana’s historic preservation organization. He is also a member of the Rea Magnet Wire Scholarship Selection Board. He holds a B.A. from Indiana University Bloomington and a J.D. from the Indiana University Maurer School of Law.
